You may find the process of buying a yacht daunting, however I am here to walk you through the process and make it as simple as possible. I know your time is valuable, so I have broken down the process into a few easy steps. Whether you are buying a super yacht, looking to downsize from your current yacht, or just getting into yachting, I will work with you on what you should consider before making your big purchase. 

Before I show you any yachts, I’ll sit down with you and discuss your goals and preferences for your new yacht. It’s important to consider other factors besides just price, and know that I will never just show you what I want to sell. Afterall, I want you to love your yacht! That means considerations such as accommodations, and how and where you plan to use your yacht will factor into what kind of yacht we look at. 

Those are just a few of the considerations. You should also think about aesthetics and whether or not you plan to use it locally for recreational activities or take it on the high seas for adventure.  

Finding the yacht of your dreams will depend on how much information you share with me. After I compile all of your preferences, I will do my best to match you with the perfect yacht. My goal is to maximize your valuable time and make the process of buying a yacht as worry-free as possible.

Once I have found some suitable yachts that suit your budget, I will contact you to go over each one and narrow down your selection to just one or two. We can then either tour the yacht together in person, or I can film a video walkthrough for you to watch remotely. Then begins the process of making an offer. I will guide you through this process to make sure you get the best possible value for your money. Reading through contracts, and facilitating inspections to be sure the boat is in good condition and not in need of any repairs, is one of the most important parts of this process.

Managing your expectations of the process and timeframe is essential to having a good experience. I will keep you informed every step of the way and alert you to any delays or circumstances beyond my control.
